International Prescriptions

If you are an international patient, how you order your prescription will depend on where you are based. Following Brexit, Napiers main site is no longer able to post herbal prescriptions to Europe, but this doesn't mean you'll miss out on your herbs! 

European patients can order their herbal prescription from our dispensary based in the Republic of Ireland napiers.eu, while all other countries can be ordered from our main site napiers.net

Your prescription will be posted out ASAP (normally within 24-48 hours of your order), but please be aware there can be delays at customs, depending where you are. The dispensary recommends ordering slightly larger quantities to cut down on repeat postage fees over seas, and ordering 2-3 weeks before you run out of your current herbs, to allow for any international delays.

Please note that different countries may have different rules with regards to importing herbs - specifically tinctures as these are alcoholic extractions. There may also be delays/additional fees at customs for specific countries, which can be hard to predict and are completely out with our control.

We'll do our best to foresee and work around these issues, such as prescribing in dried herb form instead of tinctures, providing written declaration that contents are prescribed medications by qualified practitioners (please request this before ordering if necessary), or suggesting alternative supplements which can be sourced more locally to you. If you have questions about importing to your specific location, we recommend contacting your customs department directly.
