To support a restful night's sleep.
Valerian has a long history of use as a gentle sedative with valerian teas traditionally taken as a popular bedtime drink. Skullcap is used for its muscle relaxing properties and to ease mental tension and anxiety: when your mind is crowded with unwanted thoughts, this is the herb to take. Passionflower and Hops are gentle carminative herbs. This blend can be used occasionally or regularly to help establish a sleep pattern.
