Lavender oil has been used for thousands of years for many things including allergies, snoring, insect repellent and its scent - a very ‘flexible’ oil.
Referred to as Spikenard in the bible, lavender has been used for thousands of years for its scent, its cleansing properties and its healing properties. Latin Name: Lavendula officinalis. Smell: Fresh, sweet, floral, herbaceous, slightly fruity. Colour: the oil is clear with a yellow tint. People use Lavender for all sorts of things, including: Acne, allergies, anxiety, asthma, athlete's foot, burns, dermatitis, headache, hypertension, insect bites, insect repellant, itching, stress, and many more!
